I was delighted to take part in the first M&M Global – Meet The Millennials. It demonstrated to me the wonderful talent we as an industry are able to attract. We were judging a very diverse group – with entries from across the world and from many different marketing disciplines. What they all had in common was a clear commitment to helping drive their business/client’s business forward. It was very difficult to select the final 24 and I am confident in doing so we are recognising a number of incredibly talented people with a long and successful career in front of them.
