Bauer Media Group has tapped Tremor Media to deliver targeted online video ads on its websites in the UK, US and Germany.
Bauer, which publishes 282 magazines in 15 countries, will be running online video ad campaigns on several of its sites including FHM, Empire and Motorcycle News using Tremor Media’s Acudeo technology. The Acudeo technology will enable Bauer to schedule and deliver video ad formats within the video content that they host online.
“In spite of the recession and the devastating impact it has had on the global advertising industry, online video ads have continued to thrive as publishers increasingly recognize that they’re the best way to engage viewers and monetize their video content,” said European head of Tremor Media, Christian Baudis. “The next generation of pre-roll online video ads enables brands to create cooler, more creative and measurably more engaging ads, and place them within the web’s most desirable video content.”
