Skin-care marketer Beiersdorf has appointed Carat to its $100m US media planning and buying account.
When the account was put in review last year it was described by the advertiser as a “pricing exercise”.
Omnicom’s OMD was the incumbent on the business that includes brand such as Nivea, Hansaplast and Labello.
In September of last year Beiersdorf handed is business in Germany to Carat as well.
