In total, Mediacom had 28 shortlisted entries in this year’s M&M Global Awards, covering the Business, Communications Strategy, Content, CSR, Digital, Effectiveness, EMEA, Launch, Targeting and Rest of the World categories.
The agency’s work for Deutsche Telekom saw the creation of a campaign that could be local, but set within an international strategic framework. The result saw Deutsche Telekom products given to local heroes with a dream, letting them use the product to connect with friends, family and even strangers to make their wishes come true. The campaign smashed sales targets by more than 300%.
Mediacom’s work for Dulux saw the creation of a series of community regeneration projects using Dulux paint to transform neighbourhoods around the world. In China alone, Dulux' brand penetration in the target markets increased by 200% as a result of the strategy.
