Summary: There are three principles that guide the work of Leagas Delaney: one second, network ideas and the anti formula. The agency believes that all brands should be identifiable by the consumer in one second, and that they need to stand for one thing or nothing at all. Network ideas is the notion that brands need to connect across all platforms and embrace the new two way relationship that they believe consumers are looking for. Most importantly to Leagas Delaney is the anti-formula, there is not a formula that they prescribe, when dealing with clients, due to the fact that no two brands are the same and therefore their problems and concerns are  handled on an individual tailored basis.
