Eichmann has served as the ad tech firm’s COO since November 2013. Prior to joining Criteo, he held senior roles as McKinsey & Company, AOL, Rosetta Stone and LivingSocial. He will take up the new post from 1 January.

Rudelle said Eichmann was “ideally positioned” to take the company to the next level, having shown “stellar commitment and efficiency” in his three years as COO.

“From now on, my principal focus will be on the company’s strategy,” said Rudelle. “With this new organisation in place, I remain fully committed to the success of Criteo and its incredible potential to scale over the long term.”

Eichmann added: “I am honoured to be taking on this expanded role at such an exciting time in the history of Criteo. As our Company continues to grow, we are uniquely positioned to further disrupt the performance marketing industry with our laser focus on generating incremental sales for our clients.”
