Ivor Falvey, formerly of The Lighthouse Group and commercial director at M&M Global’s parent company C Squared, has joined Dentsu Aegis in the newly created role of global talent planning director.
Falvey (pictured) will report to Philipp Kurtenbach, global director talent and organisation development, and his role will see him work with Dentsu’s HR teams and the company talent to develop its future leaders.
