The division, comprising 1,000 retail specialists, will be based around hubs in North America, the UK, France, Nordics, Germany and Asia Pacific.

DigitasLBi claims it will offer clients “360-degree connected commerce experiences”, specialising in platform implementation, systems integration, application support and managed services.

Herbert added: “At DigitasLBi Commerce we don’t just create connected commerce experiences, we create world-leading customer-centric commerce experiences that help businesses thrive by always putting their customers in control.”
