Festival of Media the global event, which brings together the media eco-system in a series of events around the world, is launching in New York and London later this year.
Festival of Media North America, which is taking place at Metropolitan West in New York on Thursday 30 November, will celebrate excellence throughout the region with is awards programme and provide education and learning experiences for advertisers with its FOM Brand Lab initiative.
FOM Brand Lab is a progtamme set up for brand-only delegates to provide better understanding of the new media landscape. It consists of a number of sessions from experts in topics – which brands have speficied a need for education on – in an intimate learning environment. The sessions are also being supported by the ANA and The Marketing Society.
The second FOM Brand Lab will be taking place at Kings Place on Tuesday 12 December and will feature another set of speakers and topics chosen by brand marketers from the capital. For this programme FOM Brand Lab has teamed up with ID Comms and Mediasense.
Topics will range from brand safety and branded content to how to restructure internal marketing teams and how use digital ad spend more effectively.
Complimentary tickets are being offered for advertisers to attend both events, while companies looking to be seen as thought leaders or educators in the media space can apply to be one of the sessions’ leaders.
