Why are you one of the industry’s hottest young talents?

As an American living and working in the Netherlands for a Japanese brand, launching campaigns across Europe, I think I bring a unique point of view and experience. I get a lot of energy from understanding the cultural differences between each of the markets I work with.

What key trends and insights do you think are driving global media?

The most crucial insight and everlasting trend is for brands to remain authentic when communicating with their audience. In my opinion, brands (and media agencies alike), can stay on the edge of developments in social and digital media, but communicating with the consumer in an authentic, honest way will always remain more important.

Launching the first pan-European media campaign for ASICS’ lifestyle category. The big challenge here was how to create a campaign that was consistent across six different countries.
