New marketing president for History Channel

The History Channel has appointed Chris Moseley as senior vice president of marketing.
In her new role, Moselely will head up all marketing, promotional and branding campaigns for The History Channel in its domestic networks across all content platforms as well as history.com.
She will be responsible for the creative implementation of major marketing strategies, including advertising, on-air consumer marketing and branding. She will report directly to Nancy Dubuc, executive vice president and general manager of the channel.
Mosely was formerly president of Moseley Marketing where she developed and executed marketing, branding and corporate strategies designed to create value for a cross-section of companies.
Prior to that she worked at the Hallmark Channels as founding chief marketing officer and senior vice president, marketing, Discovery Communications.
Moseley has served on numerous boards of entertainment industry trade organizations, including Women in Cable and Telecommunications (WICT) Foundation Board of Trustees, Cable Television Marketing Association (CTAM), Cable Positive, The Cable Center and Promax International.
