PROFILE

Launched in 1994, Travel Channel International broadcasts in 20 languages across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific, and is supported by a total of 18 websites, 11 of which are in local languages. The channel uses 20 satellite feeds to reach more than 700 cable, satellite and IPTV platforms globally. It targets an audience of affluent ABC1 adults who are frequent business and leisure travellers. The channel is focused on entertaining and informative lifestyle and travel programmes, with content from around the world. The channel’s HD channel is now available in numerous countries in Europe, with further launches planned for Asia and Australia towards the end of 2011.

SERVICES

An in-house production team offers sponsorship billboards and viewer competition production, plus short- and long-form programming for clients.
