Both inspirational and educational, it was a privilege to judge this year’s M&M Global Meet the Millennials. We enjoyed appraising the very best of our global young talent and it showed us just how great we can be at creating and delivering world class marketing communications for our clients. It also proved to me again just how important it is to hold on to, and to nurture and develop, our young talent. They are the ones who are helping to deliver the industry’s ‘Uberfication’ – taking us from product and service innovation, to system innovation. Congratulations to all the worthy winners.
