Condé Nast takes Allure to Russia
26 October 2011
Condé Nast is set to launch its beauty media brand Allure magazine in Russia from September 2012.
Russia will become the third market for the magazine, joining its sister editions in the US and Korea. Digital products and a website will run alongside the print edition. The former beauty director of Russian Tatler, Ksenia Solomatina, will take up the lead as editor of the new publication.
“Russian women have a strong interest in beauty news and beauty products,” said Condé Nast Russia president Karina Dobrotvorskaya. “Allure will meet their needs and provide an important media vehicle for marketers who want to communicate with them.”
Allure will become the eighth title published by Condé Nast Russia, in addition to Russian Vogue, Glamour, GQ, GQ Style, AD, Tatler and Condé Nast Traveller.
