Flowd upgrades social network

Music social network Flowd has announced a comprehensive update of its web and mobile applications.
The main addition, the enhanced Offers feature, is geared towards encouraging artists to interact with fans via the Frequent Fans mobile marketing platform.
The Offers feature allows artists to reward those fans who engage with them through the mobile app in the form of mobile vouchers.
The Frequent Fans platform has already been leveraged by artists such as Britney Spears and Armin van Buuren as a tool to drive fan engagement and purchase.
As part of the upgrade, Flowd’s website has been given an overhaul to improve the user experience, a move that has already resulted in dwell time on the site nearly doubling.
