Tradedoubler in Nordic tie-up

Tradedoubler in Nordic tie-up
Affiliate marketing expert Tradedoubler has teamed up with Nordic e-commerce company CDON Group to help its sites serve more Scandinavian customers.

The growing demand for online shopping in the Nordic region is driving many customers to UK, US and German online retail sites, according to research from TNS SIFO. The partnership aims to allow CDON Group to expand and meet the increasing demand.

CDON Group is the largest e-commerce retailer in the Nordic region and it sells products across its sites covering entertainment, fashion, leisure, sportswear and home and garden equipment. The group owns several online retailer brands including Nelly, Neppo, Gymgrossisten, Room21 and Lekmer.

“We are determined to remain at the forefront of e-commerce in the Nordic region and establish a strong foothold elsewhere in Europe. Tradedoubler’s extensive network of online publishers and broad reach in terms of sectors and audiences, coupled with its proven track-record of driving cost effective sales will be vital in helping us achieve this,” says CDON Group online marketing director Tobias Lindblom.

CDON Group has plans for national and international expansion. As part of the agreement, Tradedoubler also has the option to be a partner in any new markets that the CDON Group’s companies enter. The deal between the two companies builds on a collaboration that began back in 2000.
