iCrossing boosted by Wallaby Group acquisition
Global digital marketing agency, iCrossing, has completed the acquisition of the digital marketing agency, Wallaby Group, which serves Latin America and Spain.

The Wallaby Group, which will be rebranded to iCrossing, has offices in Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Lima, Madrid. Its headquarters are in Santiago, Chile.

Like iCrossing, Wallaby started as a search engine marketing agency and grew to offer a broader range of digital services. iCrossing and Wallaby first started working together in 2009 to provide search engine marketing in Latin America for The Coca-Coca Company.

“Over half of our clients have an international component to their digital marketing programs and we have a growing number of digital agency of record wins,” said president and chief executive of iCrossing, Don Scales. He added “With Wallaby, we can help those clients increase the return on their current digital spend in Latin markets.”

Wallaby will be managed by Gonzaga Valdés, chief executive of Latin America/Spain, iCrossing. Valdés was previously regional director, Wallaby Group, and he will report to Scales.
