Credit Suisse sponsors Bloomberg iPad app

Credit Suisse is the headline sponsor of Bloomberg’s newly-launched TV+ iPad app, as part of its ongoing campaign to build brand awareness among high net worth individuals.
The sponsorship deal, which was brokered by Havas Media International, will see Credit Suisse branding associated with the Bloomberg TV+ app via pre-rolls, MPUs and other integrated advertising units. The partnership will run throughout 2012.
Bloomberg launched its TV+ app at the end of last year. The app offers viewers 24/7 free, live video streaming for business news on iPad.
In addition to the Bloomberg TV+ app, Credit Suisse’s sponsorship deal runs across Bloomberg.com on mobile, Radio+ app and the Bloomberg Businessweek iPad app.
“Bespoke research provided the insight that Credit Suisse’s target audience of high net worth individuals rely heavily on tablets in their day-to-day business lives,” says Havas Media International managing partner David Goodall. “This led us to a strategy of targeting key app and tablet initiatives with content providers who prove to be essential reads for our target audience.”
Credit Suisse launched its multi-media campaign in September last year, targeting existing and prospective clients across Europe, Asia and in the US.
