Kraft European marketing boss steps down

Kraft’s European marketing head Daryl Fielding is leaving the company as part of a reshuffle.
Fielding’s role will be replaced with the newly created role of vice-president for snacking and marketing services and will be held by Chrystel Barranger. Barranger moves up from her role as vice-president for biscuits marketing.
At Kraft, Fielding was charged with raising the quality of marketing for products throughout Europe with a focus on the power brands in its portfolio including Cadbury and Milka.
Fielding joined Kraft in 2010. Prior to joining the grocery and confectionery giant, she was the commercial director for The Independent
and The Independent on Sunday
. She was also a global category partner at Oglivy & Mather, overseeing the ‘Dove Real Women’ campaign.
