iCrossing appoints Craig Menzies

Digital marketing agency iCrossing has named Craig Menzies head of user experience and digital strategist.
Menzies was previously a senior analyst with Forrester Research in London. He brings more than 15 years experience in technology, web design, online retail and digital marketing to his new role, having worked with clients including Nestle, BMW, Louis Vuitton, L’Oréal, British Airways and Epson. In his new role, he will report to iCrossing head of strategy and planning Jason Ryan.
“Craig is a talented individual who arrives at iCrossing with a wealth of knowledge,” said Ryan. “His track record in user experience is exceptional and I am very much looking forward to working with him and strengthening our team.”
