Orange TV launches iPad app

Orange has launched its Orange TV app on the iPad.

The Orange TV app, which is already available for iPhone users, will be available to both Orange internet customers and Orange mobile customers on the iPad, at home or on the go. It has been designed specifically for iPad 3G and Wifi, offering direct access to live channels. Instant-access functions include the day’s programme schedule, full-screen mode, channel zapping and information on future programmes.

Orange mobile customers with an iPad plan will have access to 21 channels including TF1, France2, France3, France5, Arte, Direct Star, TMC, NT1, NRJ12, France4, Direct Star, TV5 Monde, France O, LCP Public Sénat, BFM TV, i-Télé, LCI Mobile, France24 français, CNN, Orange sport info and NRJ Hits.

Orange is to extend the number of channels it offers to more than 60.
