Triple leadership for JWT London
26 January 2012
JWT London has unveiled a new leadership model that will see Joseph Petyan, Russell Ramsey and James Whitehead lead the agency as executive partners.
Petyan, Ramsey and Whitehead will be equally responsible for running the agency, filling the shoes of Guy Hayward who left JWT at the end of last year. They will report into JWT Europe chairman and chief executive Toby Hoare.
Petyan was appointed joint managing director of JWT London in 2009, after starting out his career with the agency as a graduate trainee.
Ramsey joined as executive creative director in 2007 from BBH and, in addition to his new remit, will retain responsibility for the creative output of the agency.
Whitehead joined JWT from Saatchi & Saatchi in 2004 and became joint managing director in 2010.
“No one is as passionate or cares as much about JWT, its people and its clients, as our new executive partners,” says Hoare. “I wanted a new model and this new structure is designed to exploit the great partnerships that exist at JWT.”
