Zurich launches new global campaign

Zurich has launched a new ‘insights’ global branding campaign, building upon its 2008 ‘Zurich HelpPoint’ initiative.

The multi-platform campaign will include print, TV, online and outdoor elements, advertising its consumer, corporate and commercial products across 40 countries. It will include over 70 print ads, 30 TV ads, and more than 50 online campaigns.

The role of digital advertising in the campaign has been increased, and rich media banners will be incorporated to engage users.

The campaign continues to convey Zurich’s customer focus, portraying situations in which they can rely on their insurance coverage, as well as showing real-life situations in which corporate customers have relied on Zurich’s help.

“We talked to thousands of customers and they told us that there are times when they are glad to have Zurich HelpPoint by their side,” said Arun Sinha, Zurich’s chief marketing officer. “Every aspect of this campaign, from the creative to the execution, builds upon the brand’s foundation of delivering when it matters most to our customers.”
