Brazilian F1 driver Felipe Massa is set to close the Festival of Media Latam event on Tuesday 31 October with a fireside chat focusing on the key to successfully using social media to engage and resonate with an expectant and demanding audience.
Just two days after racing at the Mexican Grand Prix, Massa will be on stage talking around the key to social media strategies, engaging with consumers and how to make a brand one of the people.
This year’s event in Miami is also going to play host to former Argentinian and 1978 World Cup top scorer Mario Kempes, and former Newcastle United and Columbian player Faustino Asprilla as part of a celebration of ESPN’s long running soccer programme.
Other speakers will include senior marketers from advertisers including Coca Cola Heineken, Marriott Hotel and P&G. They will be joined by the likes of Dentsu’s Latam President Claudia Colaferro and Moat’s CEO Jonah Goodhart.
The event is also unveiling a new experiential format that will provide four different zones – the Sports Room, Control Centre, Future Room and TV Studio – turning the usual conference format on its head with an immersive delegate experience, while the awards evening will take on a Dance of the Dead theme on the evening of Monday 30 October.
