InSkin Media has appointed Julia Burton Brown as international sales director, in a move to develop its sales strategy globally.
Burton Brown, who will report to chief commercial officer Steve Doyle, joins from Axel Springer-owned publisher Aufeminin, where she was responsible for building the international sales offering. She has also held senior commercial roles at Swapit and Realbuzz.
“I’m very excited to be joining InSkin Media as its international operation is growing,” said Burton Brown. “InSkin has an impressive portfolio of publisher partners across the world, and already runs international campaigns with global brands.
“I relish the opportunity to contribute to further building an already well-respected business.”
The company is currently increasing its international activity, counting Huffington Post, Le Monde, and De Telegraaf among its publishing partners, running campaigns with brands like Nike, Puma and Hilton.
“I am delighted to welcome Julia to this key commercial role at InSkin Media,” said InSkin chief executive officer Hugo Drayton. “Her proven track record of international success will be invaluable in extending InSkin’s business in new markets.”
